are seeking a Trainee Behaviour & Wellbeing Support Worker for a specialist provision near Peterlee, dedicated to
empowering young people with additional needs.This role focuses on supporting pupils’ emotional wellbeing through
positive behaviour strategies, reflective listening and collaborative problem-solving. You will work with experienced
colleagues to embed consistent approaches that support pupils’ readiness to learn and engage meaningfully with their
