Trainee Occupational Health Nurse Adviser
About the Role
To work as a specialist autonomous practitioner, managing own caseload. Responsible and accountable for specialist
advice given to managers and staff. To assess fitness to work and provide recommendations including adjustments and
advice, taking into account disability under the Equality Act 2010. Recognise where further advice is required and take
appropriate action as needed. Request medical reports where identified additional information is required. Maintain
accurate written/typed records. Produce accurate typed reports following OH assessments. Participate in health
surveillance if required. Undertake and participate in clinical audits. Undertake assessments for staff exposure to
