About the Role
JOB OVERVIEW
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly team in the ophthalmology outpatients department at The Royal
Shrewsbury Hospital as a Trainee Ophthalmic Assistant. Please note depending upon experience this will initially be a
band 2 trainee ophthalmic assistant post. Upon the successful completion of a range of Ophthalmic competencies there
will be progression to a Band 3 Ophthalmic Assistant post. We are looking for a caring and motivated individual who has
a genuine interest in ophthalmology to come & work on a permanent basis in ophthalmology outpatients at the Royal
