About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
THE EMPLOYER IS: SHELTER NI - SLATE PROJECT The successful candidate will work with our existing team of experienced
Support Workers at our SLATE Project. They will complete the necessary training to develop skills that will enable them
to provide a range of high-quality services to the young people residing within the SLATE Project. The role will include
learning how to assess risks and produce support plans under the supervision of the team. Working closely with the young
people daily, supporting them with any practical, emotional or housing related issues they are experiencing. The
