Transfer Team Health Care Assistant - Band 2

Full time and Part time hours available- Permanent

The Urgent and Emergency Care Division is currently looking to recruit Transfer Team Healthcare Assistant's on a variety

of shift patterns including 10:00-22:00 and 14:00-22:00 covering a Monday- Sunday service.

You will be responsible for the collection and delivery of patients across the Hospital site to support with the flow of

patients from both the Emergency Department, the Acute Medical Unit and the Integrated Assessment Unit.
