Transformation Project Leads

About the Role

Programme & Change Management: Lead the planning, delivery, and monitoring of maternity transformation projects,

ensuring alignment with national and local priorities. Act as a link between LMNS workstreams, ICB teams, and

sub-groups, providing coordination, reports, and business case support. Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to

maintain project momentum. Clinical Leadership & Governance: Provide expert clinical leadership, ensuring improvement

initiatives are evidence-based and aligned with policy. Lead action plans following audits, reviews, and inspections,

embedding learning into practice. Support staff in maintaining high standards of patient care and professional practice.
