About the Role

The Nottingham Centre for Transgender Health seeks a Clinical Nurse Specialist/NMP to provide high-quality assessment and treatment for transgender patients. You will engage in face-to-face and video consultations, ensuring confidentiality and excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop care plans.
• Provide treatment and support for transgender patients.
• Engage in face-to-face and video consultations.
• Undertake independent Non-Medical Prescribing.
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a busy environment.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality.
• Willingness to pay for DBS check.
