About the Role
We are looking to expand our already existing, highly skilled team by appointing a new Transition Support Worker at The
Willow Centre, which is situated at The Glebe in Stevenage. You will be welcomed into an incredibly talented and
supportive team who place great importance on learning from each other. You will assist leadership and teaching staff in
creating a safe, nurturing environment where boundaries and consistency are paramount to supporting children with
Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs.
The Willow Centre supports primary school aged children who either have been, or are at risk of being, permanently
