Triage Coordinator /Clinical Nurse Specialist
About the Role
The post holder will be expected to have post registration experience in a mental health setting, ideally with children
and adolescents and in managing risk. He or she will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team as well as other
interfaces across the CAMHS service line. Regular supervision will be provided and support will be readily available
from a Consultant Psychiatrist on duty on a daily basis. The post holder will provide case management to those young
people awaiting treatment whilst contributing to specialist support plans for the care of children and young people with
a range of presenting problems. Formulate plans for the treatment and/or management of the child/young persons problems,
