About the Role
The post holder will be a member of the North Westminster Community Mental Health Hub - Triage Team. The Mental Health
Hub team provides a point of access for all mental health referrals across 15 GP practices within Westminster. We are
looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse, OT or Social Worker.
