TRIAGE NURSE (BAND 5)

Urgent Care Centres across Leeds, West Yorkshire.

In this role you will provide triage assessment of adult and paediatric patients, clinical assessment, prioritising

clinical need, and ensure appropriate review dependent on clinical need.

You will be an integral part of the Urgent Care team, ensuring patient safety and advocacy through effective team
