About the Role
To work as a key member of the Local Access Point to ensure professionals are able to make referrals through one single
point of access To offer sound clinical advice that overseas entry into the service To provide high quality, clinical
triage using knowledge, skills and critical thinking and professional judgement To control and manage calls effectively
by using skilled questioning, active listening and excellent verbal communication skills in a calm, professional manner
Identify and report any case of suspected or confirmed abuse to an individual, in accordance with agreed guidance and
procedure. Work as a member of the nursing team in conjunction with other professionals to promote seamless patient
