Triage/Minor Illness Nurse

About the Role

Triage Nurse role will include clinical triage, management of patients including assessment, diagnosis and referral.

Independent nurse prescribing qualification is essential. Applicants must hold an NMC registration and ideally have

previous primary care experience. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Communication:Communicate and liaise with all

health care staff. Ensure that identified lines of communication are maintained with patients, colleagues and external
