About the Role
This role is suitable for applicants at ST3+ / Registrar (middle grade level) with experience in paediatrics. It is
ideally suited to candidates wishing to work in a large teaching hospital which provides many specialist services and is
ideal for anyone wishing to pursue a career in paediatrics. The daytime role will be primarily based on the paediatric
Nephrology ward (L50). The post holder will be involved in the day to day management of inpatients and take part in
outpatient clinics. The post-holder will have the opportunity to participate in medical audit and local/multi-centre
research projects. The out of hours commitments will include working covering the general paediatric wards and working
