About the Role
This post will run parallel to our current SPR grade role, and will offer identical opportunities to take part in
consultant supervised training relating to both the general medical and diabetes/endocrinology curriculum. It would
ideally suit a candidate looking to progress into the speciality at SPR level who wishes to gain more experience in it.
The successful candidate would undertake two clinics per week (one in diabetes and another in endocrinology) with the
chance to participate in sub-speciality work as listed above, together with helping support speciality based in-reach
work, and providing on-going support to other team members on our general medical ward. In addition, they would be
