About the Role

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust have a vacancy for a 12 month fixed-term Trust LED SPR for General Surgery with

full on calls commitments. This post is available to start from 04/02/2026.

On call duties include care of acute surgical patients at Stoke Mandeville. The on-call rota is shared between 12 middle

grade surgeons. On-call work includes day and night on calls in rotation with colleagues and is mandatory resident.

There may be some additional on call cover required but the percentage of time spent in General Surgery.

Candidates must have a full GMC registration with Licence to Practice in the UK.
