About the Role

£25-£30 per hour | Flexible days and times | Care Home-based sessions We are seeking a calm, patient and resilient

Tutor/Mentor to support a 16‑year‑old young person who has not been in education since July 2025. She requires a

nurturing, relationship‑focused adult who can help her rebuild confidence, re-engage with learning, and develop

emotional‑regulation skills. About the Role You will deliver 1:1 sessions in the young person's home, using a gentle and

trauma-informed approach to help her participate even when initially reluctant. The role is highly relational and will

involve creating personalised, achievable learning tasks that support her confidence, communication and emotional
