About the Role

Working with our Integrated Nursing and Conditions team, you’ll help improve specialist tissue viability care so people

receive safe, effective support that protects their comfort, dignity and wellbeing.

You’ll guide colleagues across services to strengthen the prevention and management of wounds, lower limb conditions and

lymphoedema. The role offers flexibility in how you organise your week, with options for adjusted hours and remote

working for non‑clinical tasks, helping you balance clinical leadership with wider service needs.
