Dorking Twilight Team are a friendly and supportive small community team. And we are are looking for a caring,

passionate and motivated health care assistant/s willing to continue to expand and develop their own skills and

knowledge while supporting the patients and the team. The role is a community role so driving is essential. All nursing

visits are delivered in pairs. The working hours are 6:30pm - 11:30am we currently have 1 shift available
