About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to join the North Urgent Community Response Team on secondment
for 12 months, to support with urgent community 2 hour response for patients in their own home, with skills in
palliative / end of life care, wound care and catheter care and a strong desire to further develop your community
nursing skills and experience.
You will be required to work over a 7 day working week including weekends and will be hard working, motivated, with
excellent communication skills. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills in holistic assessment, to
