About the Role

Positions are available at both our Crystal Brook and Port Broughton locations in regional South Australia. As a Personal Care Worker, you will care for the emotional, social, and physical needs of our House Members, creating a supportive home environment.

Responsibilities

• Support House Members in daily domestic living.
• Ensure personal hygiene and cleanliness of environments.
• Engage House Members in activities that suit their preferences.
• Complete duties as directed by the House Leader.
• Foster a comfortable and supportive atmosphere.

Requirements

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or related field.
• One year of experience in Aged Care positions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Empathy and understanding of individual needs.
