About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Unit Head you will play an integral role in the running of the branch. You will lead a room and be responsible for
a team of Nursery Assistants, whilst providing a warm, caring, and motivating environment for the children in your care.
You will be supported in your role by the Manager and Deputy Manager and will work in an environment where training and
development is encouraged and embraced.
