About the Role
Main Duties and Responsibilities In conjunction with the Divisional Nurse Director and Matron provide effective
leadership, monitoring of professional and care standards, and effective use of resources at ward/department level. To
be a visible and accessible presence in the clinical area for patients, relatives, and staff. To be responsible for
ensuring the provision of compassionate, safe and high-quality patient care. Lead by example and act as a positive role
model to staff taking responsibility for own professional development. An expert clinical practitioner in chemotherapy,
