About the Role
*iStep Learning is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner (no formal qualifications required) to
join our growing nursery team.* This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a passion for working with young
children and is eager to start or grow their career in early years education. In this role, you will help provide care
and support for children aged 3 months to 5 years, fostering their development in a safe and nurturing environment.
We are looking for individuals who may not yet have formal qualifications but are enthusiastic, nurturing, and willing
to learn. You will receive support and training to help you build your skills and confidence in delivering high-quality
