About the Role

1. Scope and Purpose of the Role Deliver a high standard of patient care within the community, Same Day Hub, and Urgent

Treatment Centre (UTC), utilising advanced autonomous clinical skills and a broad theoretical knowledge base. Work

confidently and independently without direct supervision. Manage an autonomous clinical caseload, addressing the needs

of patients presenting to the Same Day Hub and UTC with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions. 2. Job Dimensions

Manage own clinical workload, responding effectively to patient need while supporting patient choice and improving ease

of access to services. Develop and use appropriate referral pathways to local acute NHS Trust services, including
