About the Role

Scope and Purpose of the Role The post holder will deliver a consistently high standard of patient-centred care across

the Community setting, Same Day Hub, and Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC), utilising advanced autonomous clinical skills

supported by a broad and in-depth theoretical knowledge base. The role requires confident, independent practice without

direct supervision and the ability to manage an autonomous clinical caseload. The post holder will assess, diagnose, and

manage patients presenting with undifferentiated and undiagnosed conditions, ensuring safe, effective, and timely care.
