We are keen to attract Clinical Care Navigator who are looking for new challenges and opportunities This post will

support the G.P service in the Urgent Treatment Centre based in Emergency Care are extremely busy; you’ll be exposed to

caring for different groups of patients and may be required to assist Accident and Emergency Department.

We are looking for experienced Clinical Support Workers,hospital experience is desirable but not essential. A minimum

ofGCSE English and Maths grade C or 4 or Functional skills for English/MathsYou will be required to act as front line
