About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a caring, compassionate and motivated individual to work with our Clinical Nurse
Specialist team as a Cancer Care Navigator working specifically with the urology patient group. The successful candidate
will work alongside our existing Navigators to be an integral part of improving urology patients pathways.
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
The purpose of this role is to complement the existing Urology team. To help the patients through diagnosis, treatment
