About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Rota Assistant to join our Urology service at North Bristol NHS

Trust. This is a key administrative role within a large and busy clinical department, supporting the delivery of safe

and effective patient care.

Reporting to the Rota Coordinator, the successful candidate will help manage the day-to-day coordination of the clinical

rota for approximately 30 consultants, 20 registrars, and 10 junior doctors and 20 nursing staff across two hospital

sites - Southmead Hospital and Weston General Hospital. The rota covers on-call commitments, theatre sessions, and
