About the Role

An experienced qualified practitioner who can provide clinical leadership and management support to the UTC/MIU teams

and ensuring optimum quality of care to all patients attending the Urgent care treatment centres/Minor Injury Unit, by

offering support to the multi- professional team. Providing initial/secondary clinical assessments and treatments

independently or in participation with other clinicians in accordance with agreed pathways and clinical guidelines.

Developing and evaluating best practice within the UTC's/MIU.

The practitioner will be given the opportunity to develop their clinical skills in assessment and treatments. There will
