About the Role
We can offer 2 x 0.6wte fixed term contracts for an innovation in Liverpool supporting health visitors service to
deliver immunisations to a targeted population of 0–5-year-olds.
The successful applicants will be dynamic, highly motivated individuals, with excellent interpersonal and communication
skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as a member of the health visiting team. As a vaccination nurse you
will be working as part of pro-active skill mix team who are committed to delivering high quality services to children,
young people and their families. Travelling in your own vehicle across the Mersey care footprint.
