Job Summary
The Vascular Access Nurse Assistant is a member of the VascularAccess Team (VAN). The VAN team
areresponsibleforensuringsafeandeffectivevascularaccessfor adultpatientswithawiderangeof acute, chronic and palliative
conditions.
Delegated work and duties will be assigned and carried outunder the directand indirectsupervision of a Vascular Access
