About the Role

Op COURAGE delivers multidisciplinary care to ex-military personnel who have served in the British Armed Forces. This

includes a range of mental health and social interventions. These include trauma focused therapies, support with

substance misuse, physical health, employment, accommodation, relationships and finances.

Peer workers are people who have lived experienced of serving in the British Armed Forces and are seen as experts by

experience. They may also have lived experience of accessing NHS and third sector services for support for issues

connected to their military service.
