Veterans Mental Health Practitioner
About the Role
Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust is seeking a compassionate and skilled Veterans Mental Health Practitioner. This
post will involve working within the collaborative provision of the Op Courage Veterans Mental Health Service which is
run by the Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT). This service covers the six counties that fall
within the geographical patch of the East of England. The post holder will be responsible for the care of a caseload of
patients under the Op Courage Community Veterans Mental Health Service. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary
team to provide assessment, care planning, monitoring of mental health, and risk assessment of clients referred to the
