Visiting clinician (paramedic / nurse)

About the Role

The visiting clinician will be employedto support population health management through on-the-day demand and access with

home visits, treatment of minor ailments and injuries and other support relevant to General Practice. The role will be

part of a Multi-disciplinary team including GPs, ANPs and Paramedics, looking after patients in our Urgent Care Centre.
