About the Role

Waking Night Support Workers help the people we support to feel safe and secure throughout the night. Delivering exceptional care and individualized support ensures that our residents live as independently and safely as possible. In addition, the responsibilities of the role are to assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the service and carry out necessary utility checks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overnight support to residents
  • Ensure safety and security during night hours
  • Assist with personal care tasks as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness of the service
  • Perform utility checks regularly

Requirements

  • Experience in social care preferred
  • Understanding of autism and its complexities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently

Compensation

Salary is £20,638.80 per annum or £12.60 per hour, pro rata for part-time hours.

Location & Schedule

Position based in Canterbury, Kent, with 31.5 hours per week.
