Waking Night Support Staff

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and attentive Waking Night Support Worker to provide overnight care and support for a

young person, helping them establish positive nighttime routines and manage sleep-related challenges. The focus of this

role is to ensure the young person’s comfort, promote their independence with personal care, and maintain a calm, safe

environment throughout the night.
