About the Role

Weavers Lodge in Castle Cary provides a warm, supportive, and empowering home for up to 8 adults with learning

disabilities, complex behavioural needs, and additional diagnoses such as Autism, mental health conditions, and

communication difficulties. Our service supports individuals in helping them build independence and thrive in the

community.

We’re currently looking for a compassionate, reliable, and attentive Waking Night Support Worker to join our dedicated

team.
