Responsibilities
- Provide a calm, stable environment for children overnight.
- Remain awake and responsive throughout the shift.
- Monitor children's safety and emotional well-being.
- Respond to needs such as illness or emotional distress.
- Assist with bedtime routines and morning transitions.
- Maintain accurate records and complete nightly logs.
- Carry out household tasks to support home operations.
Requirements
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to pursue).
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development.
- Full, valid UK driving licence required.
- Right to work in the UK is essential.

Compensation
Pay ranges from £12.80 to £14.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Location & Schedule
Located in Winchester, Hampshire; flexible night shifts typically from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
