Responsibilities

  • Provide a calm, stable environment for children overnight.
  • Remain awake and responsive throughout the shift.
  • Monitor children's safety and emotional well-being.
  • Respond to needs such as illness or emotional distress.
  • Assist with bedtime routines and morning transitions.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete nightly logs.
  • Carry out household tasks to support home operations.

Requirements

  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to pursue).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development.
  • Full, valid UK driving licence required.
  • Right to work in the UK is essential.

Compensation

Location & Schedule
