About the Role

- Assess, diagnose and treat minor illness and/or ailment or determine the most appropriate pathway for the patient. -

Responsibility for managing service provision in the absence of the senior nurse practitioner - Commitment to the

Personal Performance Planning process and Clinical Supervision. - Working flexibly to support all Walk-in Centres to

ensure capacity meets service demand. - The post holder has an obligation to work across all Walk-in Centre services.
