An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Stroke physio/ot/ SLT/ nurse with leadership experience to become

team leader of Walsall Combined ESD/Community Stroke Team and Community bed based service.

As part of Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust, we are pleased to be offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced

Clinician to lead the team delivering against the Integrated Community Stroke Service (ICSS) clinical guidelines.

We are a committed team based in Walsall , delivering rehabilitation across either the ESD, Community stroke, bed based

or nurse review only pathway.
