About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and positive individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. As

a Ward Administrator for our Intensive Care Unit, you will be the first point of contact for queries and play an

essential role in supporting members of the multidisciplinary team.

You will be responsible for providing a warm, dedicated, helpful and friendly welcome to all relatives and visitors to

our department. You will have excellent organisation skills and the ability to work at pace, will ideally have previous

experience in working in a patient facing role, along with the capacity to provide a great service in a sensitive
