About the Role

Are you an organised and compassionate person who enjoys helping others and keeping things running smoothly? We have a

wonderful opportunity to join our friendly Inpatient Unit team as a Ward Clerk & Discharge Liaison .

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be the welcoming face of the ward — supporting patients, families, and staff

with the day-to-day running of the unit. You’ll also play a key part in coordinating patient discharges, making sure

that everything is in place for a smooth and stress-free transition home or into community care.

No two days are ever the same, and you’ll work closely with our nurses, doctors, and other professionals to help deliver
