About the Role
Skills in these training areas would be desirable however full training will be given including other relevant Trust
training: - Ability to work in a team and independently - Customer care skills - Effective communication skills across
all disciplines of staff, patients and public - Knowledge and understanding of confidentiality and data protection in
accordance with Trust policy and procedures - Able to communicate effectively, and act appropriately and quickly in an
emergency - Experience in using a PC - Knowledge and understanding of the Trust including a basic knowledge of roles in
other areas - Some knowledge of specialty terminology and flexibility to support another specialty/ward if required 1.
