About the Role
The post holder will be required to provide high quality clerical and administrative support as a member of the
Maternity department. You will act as first point of contact for all patients and service users putting patients at the
heart of everything we do.
The role of the ward administration clerk is to assist in relieving the Midwifery/ Nursing staff of as many
non-midwifery/non-nursing duties as possible under the direct supervision of the Ward manager and Matron reporting to
the Team Leader.
