About the Role

Lampton Frailty Unit is a 29-bedded general medical unit. It is supported by a dedicated team of therapists, who work

closely with the nursing and the medical team. Many of the patients have complex needs and will require safe and careful

discharge planning.

An exciting opportunity has become available on the newly opened Lampton Frailty Unit (LFU) for a Band 3 Ward Flow

Coordinator. This is a full time post, 37.5 hours per week Monday –Friday.
