About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the challenging but rewarding role of Ward Leader to join the team on C24.
The successful applicant will already be a developing inspirational leader with the ability to motivate and develop a
team to deliver excellence in nursing care. A kind and caring manner in supporting your patients, their families and our
dedicated team of staff is vital to deliver this role.
In order to succeed you will have excellent patient care, clinical and managerial skills. You will have experience in a
surgical area or similar environment in the role of Deputy Sister/ Charge Nurse and recent experience of acute care
