About the Role

York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust are looking for a passionate and dynamic leader to become

our Hawthorn (Antenatal/Postnatal) Ward Manager at Scarborough Hospital. This is a job share with our current Ward

Manager.

You will participate in the leadership of antenatal/postnatal care at the Scarborough site, supporting staff to lead

with a focus on women, birthing individuals, and family centred care.

You will support and contribute to our improvement plans, informed by the Maternity Three Year Delivery Plan:
