About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated Ward Manager (Band 7) to lead a dynamic multidisciplinary team within an adult acute
inpatient mental health unit. The successful candidate will provide strong clinical leadership, ensuring the delivery of
safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care in line with professional and organisational standards. This pivotal role
involves managing day-to-day ward operations, supporting staff development, and maintaining high-quality patient
outcomes. Applicants should be experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) with proven leadership and management
skills, ideally educated to or working towards Level 5 management qualification.
