Ward Manager, Cherry Ward

About the Role

To be responsible and accountable for the Finance and Human Resources issues directly related to the ward /department.

To be responsible and accountable for the implementation of Audit, Quality and Risk Management initiatives To promote

and participate in the implementation of the ASPH Nursing & Midwifery strategy and Core Standards. To maintain a visible

presence in the ward /department, undertaking clinical work regularly (a minimum of 50% of contracted hours)
