Ward Manager, Emergency Orthopaedic Unit

Band 7 - 37.5 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity to join our surgical division at Tameside and Glossop ICFT as the Ward Manager of the

Emergency Orthopaedic Unit. The Ward Manager’s role will involve leading and coordinating the clinical, managerial, and

educational functions of the clinical area, ensuring continuity of care across a 24/7 period. It includes providing

daily nursing leadership that empowers the team to deliver patient-centred, evidence-based care within a defined budget.
